If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not be delivered simultaneously. Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest is usually delivered within 1 to 3 days.

Please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email. Please do not return the item without first sending us pictures. We will replace the item free of charge.
